I love Rome. I love the beautiful squares, the lovely churches and the hidden gems of the eternal city. Since I can remember, I have had always loved to explore the city, walking around the narrow streets to be enchanted by what I could find after the next turn.

You could say that it is easy for me because I've lived my whole life in Rome, I'm graduated in Art History and I'm a licensed tour guide of Rome and you might be right. Nevertheless, I can share the knowledge I have of the city with you. If you will have the patience to follow me, I will reveal some of the secrets to arrive to the very heart of this city.

So finally you know the goal of this blog: I want you to love Rome too!
Therefore I will give you practical tips, I'll share my favourite spots and I'll tell you some of the stories of Rome.

So let's get started now.

Federica, your love for Rome comes out in your tours. My students always talk about their favorite parts of their study abroad in Italy - Federica's tours in Rome. And your passion for history, art and architecture gets transmitted to everyone who meets you. We are looking forward to our next tour with you, exploring more of Rome, and reading your upcoming blogs on the Eternal City!!!
